Services

Within the framework of Radiant Pilates Studio, the Service Provider (Petra Krekacs, Kleinunternehmen, Alpenstraße 14, Top 3, 5020 Salzburg) offers Pilates‑based movement classes, including small‑group Mat Pilates classes, small‑group Reformer Pilates classes, as well as Private and Duo sessions.

The purpose of the services is to support conscious movement, physical balance, and overall well‑being, adapted to different levels and individual needs. Detailed information regarding class types, schedules, and availability is provided through the Eversport booking system.

 

Booking and Participation

All classes can be attended only with an online booking via the Eversport system or via the EGYM Wellpass application, subject to availability.

By completing a booking and purchasing a pass or ticket, the guest accepts the present General Terms and Conditions of Radiant Pilates Studio.

Bookings are confirmed based on the information provided during registration.

Guests may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the class.

Classes start exactly at the scheduled time, and the entrance door remains closed during classes.

 

Tickets and Passes

Tickets and passes can be purchased exclusively online via the Radiant Pilates Studio Eversport page.

Purchased tickets and passes are non‑transferable and non‑refundable.

The validity period of passes is defined at the time of purchase or upon the first booking and cannot be extended after expiration.

Passes may be used only for regular weekly classes and do not apply to workshops or special events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Participation in classes requires a valid online ticket or pass.

No cash or card payments are accepted at the studio.

 

Ticket and Pass Types

Flex Pilates Drop‑in

The Flex Pilates Drop‑in offers a single‑class option for regular group sessions.
It is ideal for occasional participation without committing to a package.

This drop‑in can be used for all regular weekly group classes, except Private and Duo sessions.

Applicable classes:

• Mat Pilates
• Reformer Pilates (Small Group)
• Pilates Flow Circuit
• Mama & Baby Pilates
• Pregnancy Pilates

Valid for one class visit.
Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Advance booking is required.

 

Duo Pilates Drop‑in

The Duo Pilates Drop‑in is designed for two participants who wish to practice together in a focused and supportive environment.

The session is tailored to the needs of both participants and may include Mat and/or Reformer exercises depending on the session focus.

Valid for one Duo Pilates session.
The session is attended by two participants, each of whom must purchase their own Duo Pilates Drop‑in.
Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Advance booking is required.

 

Private Pilates Drop‑in

The Private Pilates Drop‑in offers a fully personalized Pilates session tailored to individual needs, goals, and current physical condition.

This one‑to‑one format allows for maximum attention, precision, and adaptability, supporting conscious progression, body awareness, and personal development at an individual pace.

Sessions may include Mat and/or Reformer work.

Valid for one Private Pilates session.
Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Advance booking is required.

 

Flex Card 150

With one card, guests may attend multiple Pilates formats without purchasing separate passes.

Usable for:

• Mat Pilates
• Reformer Pilates (Small Group)
• Pilates Flow Circuit
• Mama & Baby Pilates
• Pregnancy Pilates
• Private Pilates
• Duo Pilates

Unit deduction per visit:

• Mat Pilates: 1 unit
• Reformer Pilates (Small Group): 1 unit
• Pilates Flow Circuit: 1 unit
• Mama & Baby Pilates: 1 unit
• Pregnancy Pilates: 1 unit
• Private Pilates: 3 units
• Duo Pilates: 4 units

For Duo sessions, the cardholder pays for the session and may invite a partner or friend.

Valid for 3 months from the first booking.
Intended for regular weekly classes only.
Workshops and special events are excluded.

 

Flex Card 300

Launch benefit: 1 complimentary unit included.

Usable for the same formats as the Flex Card 150.

Unit deduction applies as listed above.

Includes 13 units total (12 + 1 bonus unit).
Valid for 6 months from the first booking.
Workshops and special events are excluded.

 

Flex Card 600

Launch benefit: 3 complimentary units included.

Usable for the same formats as the Flex Cards above.

Unit deduction applies as listed above.

The bonus units may be used freely, e.g. for one additional Private session or three extra group classes.

Valid for 12 months from the first booking.
Workshops and special events are excluded.

 

Cancellation Policy

Classes and private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance via the booking system.

Late cancellations or no‑shows result in the full class fee being charged, and the session will be deducted from the pass or marked as used.

In case of illness, presentation of a medical certificate by email within 24 hours after the missed class exempts the guest from the charge.

Force majeure cases are handled individually.

 

Health Condition and Liability

Only guests who are physically fit and healthy may participate in classes.

Participation is at the guest’s own responsibility, and by booking, the guest confirms they are physically and mentally capable of participating safely.

In the case of contagious or acute illnesses, guests are kindly asked to refrain from attending classes.

Participation in case of injury, chronic condition, pregnancy, or other health issues is permitted only with medical approval and prior instructor notification.

Radiant Pilates Studio assumes no liability for injuries resulting from participation unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the studio.

 

Instructor Guidance

Guests are required to follow instructor guidance and respect their own physical limits.
The instructor reserves the right to deny participation for health or safety reasons.

 

House Rules

Please arrive on time, no earlier than 15 minutes before class. Entry after the start of the class is not guaranteed.

Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the studio. Shoes must be removed and placed in the designated area.

Lockers are provided; the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Maintaining a calm, supportive atmosphere is a shared responsibility.

 

Right to Changes

Radiant Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, prices, and these terms.

Price changes are not retroactive.

Classes may be canceled if fewer than two participants are registered. In such cases, no unit will be deducted.

Schedule changes on short notice (e.g. instructor illness) may occur.

Claims for damages resulting from schedule changes or cancellations are excluded.

The current terms are always available on Eversport.at and theradiantpilates.com.

 

Validity of the Terms

By using any service or making a booking, the user accepts these terms in full.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

 

Data Protection

The Service Provider processes personal data exclusively for the provision, organization, and administration of services.

Data handling occurs exclusively via the Eversport booking system, particularly for:

• class registration and participation
• communication related to classes
• administrative and accounting purposes

Personal data is used for marketing purposes only with explicit consent.
If no such consent is given, data will not be used for marketing nor shared with third parties unless legally required.

Processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Eversport’s data protection policies are available on its official platforms.
